Job Purpose

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating student leads, counselling prospective candidates, building institutional and community relationships, driving admissions, and supporting placement and promotional activities of the Skill Development Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, tele-calling, digital enquiries, referrals, community outreach, and institutional tie-ups.
- Visit colleges, schools, coaching centres, ITIs, government institutions, NGOs, and other potential sources for student mobilisation.
- Conduct seminars, career counselling sessions, awareness programmes, and mobilisation activities for prospective candidates.
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility, career opportunities, fees,



and placement assistance.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly registration/admission targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, local organisations, employers, and community stakeholders.
- Support job fairs, placement drives, screening programmes, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling, admissions, and institutional activities in the prescribed MIS/portal.
- Track competitors, market trends, local employment opportunities, and potential student segments.
- Promote Skill Development Centre courses and programmes through field-level and local marketing activities.
