You will be involved in analyzing longitudinal patient datasets will help our clients in making fact-based decisions. You will be working in close collaboration with different stakeholders, and RWA teams across the globe. Your day-to-day activity will include working on regular standard projects Ad hoc requests from our clients and generate actionable insights. Responsibilities
- Deliver value and high-quality service.
- Use efficient techniques on Longitudinal patient data, EMR data claims datasets and generate meaningful insights.
- Support junior team members in their ramp up period and provide necessary support from data analytical perspectives
- Assist in the coordination of project start-up activities, creation of global programs, tracking spreadsheets, and other required documentation.
- Support in Blue-chip activities like automation, apply Lean techniques in projects and generate innovative ideas for the growth of CoE




- Candidates with JLPT N2 level or above are preferred, along with strong Japanese communication skills and experience in client interaction and handling
Qualifications
- Require good analytical problem-solving skills along with attention to detail.
- 3-7 year s experience in Patient Analytics/Salesforce/General Analytics, US Healthcare
- Knowledge and understanding of the programming and reporting processes and frameworks.
- JLPT N2 certification or higher preferred; must possess robust Japanese speaking skills and proven experience in client handling
- Ability to draw algorithms to successfully transform transactional data to summarized data assets
- Proficiency in SASPythonR SQL. Candidate is expected to have knowledge of creating macros or reusable programming snippets. Around 4-7 years of work experience is desired.
