? We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Quality (Product & Packaging) ?

? Location: Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh

We're looking for a detail-driven Quality professional to join our team and lead end-to-end quality clearance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods — with a strong focus on customer onboarding, packaging specifications, and food safety compliance (HACCP, BRCGS, IFS, FSSAI).

Key Responsibilities:

✅ RM/PM sampling, testing, approval & release as per specifications

✅ SAP master data creation & maintenance for RM/PM/FG

✅ Supplier quality coordination & CAPA closure

✅ Packaging specification creation, label management & artwork control

✅ Support FSMS implementation (PRP, OPRP, CCP monitoring, internal audits)

✅ Lead customer onboarding — trials, specifications, artwork approvals





✅ Root cause analysis & CAPA for complaints and non-conformities

Who We're Looking For:

? Bachelor's/
M.Sc
. in Food/Dairy Technology, Microbiology, or related field

? 4–8 years' experience in Quality/Production/R&D;, preferably in French fries or specialty food industries

?️ Hands-on with SAP, MES & MS Office/ERP tools

? Robust knowledge of food safety standards (BRCGS, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI) & global regulations (USFDA, JECFA, EU)

?️ Fluent in English & Hindi

? Open to shift work & business travel
