Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Java and/or C++ application development.
- Hands-on experience in payment systems development within Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments.
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and software architecture.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Microservices, and Web Services.
- Robust proficiency in Oracle and/or SQL Server with excellent SQL skills.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments.
- Good understanding of distributed systems and enterprise application development.
- Hands-on experience with one or more payment technologies:
- SWIFT Payments
- ISO 20022
- RTGS
- Financial Messaging Standards (MT/MX)
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and build tools like Maven or Gradle.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
