Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs and interior visualizations for commercial office spaces.
- Translate design concepts, layouts and mood boards into realistic 3D presentations.
- Create detailed 3D designs for office spaces, reception areas, meeting rooms, cabins, cafeterias, lounges and common areas.
- Prepare material, furniture, lighting and colour specifications within the design concept.
- Work closely with Interior Designers, Architects, Project Managers and vendors to develop designs as per project requirements.
- Modify designs based on client and internal feedback and deliver revisions within timelines.
- Prepare 3D views, presentation drawings and design visuals for client presentations.
- Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing and aligned with commercial project standards.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure the final site execution matches the approved 3D design.
- Maintain proper organization of 3D models, textures, materials and project files.

Key Skills & Software




- Strong proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray / Corona Renderer.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of commercial interior design, space planning, materials, lighting and furniture.
- Ability to create realistic and high-quality renders.
- Positive understanding of dimensions, proportions and construction details.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings and convert 2D layouts into 3D designs.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, office spaces, corporate workplaces or commercial real estate projects.
