Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Life
Insurance technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java (Spring
Boot, Microservices) and Angular, with proven experience managing Agile teams, driving
large-scale application delivery, and ensuring high-quality releases in a regulated workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of life insurance applications across underwriting, policy
administration, claims, and customer portals.
Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, releases, risk mitigation, and stakeholder
communication.
Drive engineering best practices for Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, REST
APIs, Kafka, and PostgreSQL/MySQL.
Collaborate with Business, PMO, QA, DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines, security standards, and production stability.
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native delivery practices.

Required Skills





15–20 years of IT experience with 3–5+ years in Delivery/Engineering Management.
Strong hands-on experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices,
Angular 14+, TypeScript, REST APIs, Kafka, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis.
Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, JIRA, Confluence, and observability
tools.
Knowledge of OAuth2, API Security, OWASP, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in Life Insurance domain is preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AWS/Azure, Camunda/Flowable, Drools, JMeter/k6, and feature
flagging tools.
Agile/Scrum, Cloud, or Security certifications are a plus.
