Role Overview

We are looking for a energetic and client-focused Relationship Manager to manage investor relationships, assist clients with mutual fund investments, and ensure a seamless client servicing experience. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about finance, investments, client engagement, and long-term relationship management.

The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their financial requirements, support investment-related processes, and contribute to client retention and business growth.





Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by acquiring new investors and converting prospects through field visits, client meetings, and relationship-building activities.
- Schedule, attend, and document client meetings, including maintaining proper MoM and follow-ups
- Manage client onboarding, KYC processing, transactions, and documentation while ensuring compliance standards
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals and investment requirements
- Assist clients with mutual fund-related queries, SIPs, and investment processes
- Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh or increased investments
- Ensure timely client servicing, relationship management, and long-term retention
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for the smooth execution of client requests
- Prepare regular reports and updates regarding client interactions and service act
