- Generate recent leads through field visits, references, market activities, and other channels.
- Identify and approach prospective customers for business loan requirements.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, terms, and repayment structure to customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and develop strong relationships with customers.
- Collect and verify required KYC and financial documents.
- Coordinate with the Credit and Operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Follow up with customers from application to sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly disbursement and customer acquisition targets.
- Ensure quality business with proper customer profiling and documentation.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for renewals and additional business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
