Position: Nurse Team Leader

Experience: Minimum 8 years
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per month
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the nursing team and daily operations.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters.
- Handle nursing administration and operational activities.
- Coordinate patient onboarding and ensure smooth admission processes.
- Visit new patients at home and guide nurses regarding patient care.
- Monitor nursing services and ensure quality patient care.
- Coordinate with patients, nurses, and hospital teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff when required.
