Accountant

Job Location: Beleghata, Kolkata
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Industry: Textile Handloom Trading
Experience: 2 – 5 years

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.
- Handle GST related work, including GST calculation and return preparation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction and related records.
- Prepare and maintain BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement).
- Generate E-Way Bills and maintain proper records.
- Manage purchase, sales, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank, customer and supplier accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Support in monthly closing and basic financial reporting.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Experience in Textile / Handloom Trading industry preferred.
- Must have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Bookkeeping,



BRS and E-Way Bill generation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates who can independently handle routine accounting work will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
