Job Purpose

Preparation of Maturity Payment Voucher, Query/ Request Management, Adherence of Regulatory and Internal Payout TAT

Role & responsibilities

Service Level Agreement
- 100% adherence in set service standards
- Maintaining industry- best TAT and Accuracy level.

Processing Parameters
- Implement Industry best Practice
- Optimum capacity utilization

Preferred candidate profile
- 2 year of Minimum work experience of Life Insurance and Policy Servicing Operations
- Preparation of Payment Voucher
- 100% accuracy while processing payouts
- Adherence of Regulatory and Internal Payout TAT
- Upload Payout status in RCS systems
- Working Knowledge of Excel
- Query/ Request Management
