What You’ll Do:
Architect and lead cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI solutions at scale
Design multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledge assistants, and AI workflow automation platforms
Lead end-to-end AI product development – from ideation to production deployment
Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance
Build scalable AI platforms using cloud-native services and best practices in MLOps/LLMOps
Mentor engineering teams through architecture and design reviews
Collaborate closely with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, and roadmaps
Partner with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Business teams to deliver integrated AI solutions

What We’re Looking For:




2–8 years in technology with 2+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering
Deep expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI governance, and responsible AI
Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP, MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, Kubernetes
Strong Python and software engineering skills
Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms

Bonus Skills:
Leadership experience in AI engineering teams
Exposure to AI product management and solution architecture
Experience with multimodal AI, document intelligence, and enterprise search
Relevant certifications (Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Education Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
