Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Salesforce Developer
to join our team and lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
- Lead technical design sessions and translate business requirements into well-architected solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability, performance,



and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver impactful Salesforce features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and codebase overviews.
- Support system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and test automation.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and team growth.

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and development lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and external systems.
