We are looking for a Backend Sales Coordinator to support the field sales team and manage day-to-day sales operations. The role involves preparing quotations and proposals, handling lead inquiries, updating CRM/portal records, tracking sales pipelines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM/portal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate accurate quotations, estimates, and proposals based on inputs from the sales team.
- Manage incoming lead inquiries and provide initial assistance to prospective clients.
- Update and maintain lead status, sales pipeline, client interactions, and deal stages in the CRM/internal portal.
- Provide real-time backend support to field sales executives and traveling account managers.
- Coordinate with technical, finance, operations, and other internal teams to resolve client queries.
- Track pending quotations, follow-ups,



and sales opportunities to support timely closures.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure timely updates in the internal system.
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational requirements.

Required Skills
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Backend Sales, or Sales Operations.
- Bachelors degree in BBA, B.Com, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM/ERP portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent follow-up, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining sales records.

Preferred
- Experience in B2B sales, enterprise IT hardware, technology procurement, or similar industries.
