Position Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, order coordination, documentation, and day-to-day sales activities from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer enquiries and requirements.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, orders, delivery status, and project updates.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records,



and enquiry status.
- Coordinate internally with sales, design, operations, finance, and factory teams.
- Follow up with customers for purchase orders and required documents.
- Assist the sales team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of enquiries, quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and general sales-related correspondence.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending sales activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Commerce or related field.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales is preferred.

Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports.
- Customer-oriented and organized approach.
