Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Civil Engineer Team working across Chandigarh, Mohali and Panchkula sites.
- Prepare and coordinate work plans and daily/weekly site activities with engineers.
- Monitor engineers' site work, progress, quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Collect and review daily site reports and work updates from engineers.
- Coordinate with engineers regarding site requirements, manpower, materials and work schedules.
- Conduct site visits whenever required to inspect ongoing work and resolve site-related issues.
- Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and company standards.
- Identify site issues and provide appropriate technical guidance and solutions.
- Coordinate with management and other departments regarding project progress and site requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation, site records and progress reports.
- Ensure engineers follow company procedures, reporting systems and work schedules.
- Take responsibility for overall engineering team coordination and site execution across Tricity.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in construction/site execution.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings and site supervision.
- Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate with different engineers.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within the Tricity region.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and responsible professional who can lead the engineering team, coordinate site planning, monitor execution, and ensure timely reporting and smooth project progress.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
