Position: Assistant Manager-Dynamic & Despatch

Experience: 10 To 20 Years

Location: Coimbatore, Sulur.

Your Profile:
- Engineering graduate with 10 To 20 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Manufacturing.
- Solid exposure to dispatch planning, yard management, and transporter coordination.
- Hands-on experience in PDI, machine readiness, documentation, and loading operations.
- Good knowledge of FIFO, vehicle utilization, dispatch safety, and cost control.
- Strong team leadership, coordination, MIS, and problem-solving skills.

Your Task:
- Drive daily dispatch planning and achievement as per customer priorities.
- Ensure machine readiness, PDI clearance, and documentation before dispatch.
- Manage vehicle placement, loading, route planning, and transporter performance.
- Control dispatch yard, FIFO, machine movement,



and inventory accuracy.
- Drive cost reduction, delay analysis, safety, and continuous process improvement.
