Job Title: Site Manager – VSK Meghalaya

Location: Shillong, Meghalaya (onsite)

Reports to: Regional/Project Head

Employment Type: Contractual/Fixed term, aligned to remaining AMC period (1 year)

About the Role:

Hitachi MGRM Net is looking for a mid-level, on-ground resource to manage the ongoing O&M; for the VSK Meghalaya project while also driving local business development opportunities in Meghalaya. This is a lean, dual-charter role suited to someone comfortable balancing light-touch operations oversight with proactive client and government liaison work.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision: Manage the 6 onsite call agents — attendance, shift scheduling, performance tracking, and first-level issue resolution; escalate HR/disciplinary matters as needed; own local hiring for agents in case of attrition.

Application Support Coordination: Act as single point of contact for department-raised issues or change requests; liaise with the in-house development team for fixes and enhancements; track CR status to closure.

Operations & AMC Management:



Supervise periodic maintenance checklist of the Command & Control Centre and its equipment; coordinate with OEM/vendor support for AMC-covered repairs; ensure uptime SLAs are met.

Client & Stakeholder Relationship: Maintain relationship with the department/client counterpart in Shillong; handle routine reviews, reporting, and compliance documentation as required by the contract.

Business Development: Identify and pursue local BD opportunities in Meghalaya/NE region — government tenders, referrals, cross-sell of HMN products to nearby institutions or departments; support presales activities such as demos, meetings with local officials, and proposal coordination with the central BD team.

Reporting: Provide periodic status reports to management on O&M; health, AMC ticket status, agent performance, and BD pipeline.
