Role Overview

Looking for a Senior Solution Consultant with strong Workforce Management (WFM) experience to drive requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and client engagement for enterprise WFM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with clients and stakeholders.
- Design and implement WFM solutions based on business requirements.
- Configure, customize, and integrate WFM applications with third-party systems.
- Prepare functional/technical specifications and solution documentation.
- Oversee system build, configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Provide WFM best practices and process optimization recommendations.
- Manage client relationships and act as a solution advisor.




- Support and mentor team members on solutioning and advanced WFM modules.

Must-Have Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise software implementation/support.
- 5+ years of Workforce Management experience – Mandatory.
- Strong experience in Timekeeping, Accruals & Leave.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and configuration.
- Good understanding of WFM processes, business requirements, and enterprise implementations.
- Robust client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

Experience with any of the following:
- UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions
- Kronos Workforce Central / Kronos
- Infor WFM
- Dayforce
