- The candidate will be involved in working with inventions in multiple technology areas. The job will involve working with inventors and R&D; department of technology companies.
- The candidate will also be assisting patent attorneys in drafting patent applications, filing and prosecuting patent applications in India, and globally including United States, Europe, PCT and Japan; patent law research, prior art searches, patent searches like invalidation searches, FTO searches, landscape studies and other patent research activities.
- Other activities include contributing in internal organizational activities, participating in conferences, exhibitions, and other knowledge-based events.
- Basic Prior experience in Patent drafting, prosecution and handling.
