Role Description
The Below The Line Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India,



responsible for planning and executing BTL marketing and branding initiatives across outdoor and retail formats. This role involves designing and managing campaigns that leverage hoardings, billboards, unipoles, retail signage, and promotional materials, ensuring consistent brand visibility and alignment with client objectives. The manager will coordinate with internal print and production teams, vendors, and clients to oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, installation, and quality control. Daily activities include analyzing campaign performance, optimizing placements and formats, preparing reports and presentations, and identifying new opportunities in rural and urban markets. The role also requires close collaboration with sales and account management teams to support pitches, proposals, and long-term client relationships.
