Job Summary

The Joint Advisor – Land Acquisition will provide expert guidance and support on land acquisition and revenue-related matters associated with highway and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on land acquisition and revenue-related matters.
- Coordinate with Central/State Government departments, revenue authorities and other stakeholders.
- Review and facilitate land acquisition activities for highway projects.
- Provide guidance on revenue records, land ownership and related documentation.
- Support resolution of land acquisition issues and disputes.




- Advise project teams on applicable government procedures and requirements.

Eligibility
- Retired Central/State Government/PSU officer.
- Level equivalent to Sub-Divisional Magistrate/Tehsildar or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Revenue Officer.

Monthly Remuneration :
In the Case of Officers retired from Central/State Government/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies, who are in receipt of Pension from Public Funds. Pay Minus Pension Joint Advisor.

Preference/eligibility as specified for retired officers receiving pension from public funds.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
