Role & responsibilities
Min of 4+ years experience in to end to end recruitment.
Positive communication and written skills, Need to join Immediately
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job boards & LinkedIn) and networking
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct Interviews and assess candidates relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
Facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers
Preferred candidate profile
Looking for MBA HR candidate with 4+yeras exp in to end to end recruitment who can handle NON IT hiring and can join us immediately
