About Auli Active Ayurveda

Auli Lifestyle is a fast-growing D2C skincare brand built around Active Active Ayurveda combining traditional Ayurvedic ingredients with modern, result-driven actives. We create content that is premium, relatable, educational, and designed to perform across Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for a creative, fast-moving Video Editor who understands social media content, knows what makes people stop scrolling, and can turn raw footage into engaging, high-performing videos.

What You’ll Do
- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos, UGC, ads, founder-led content, and campaign videos.
- Turn raw shoot footage into engaging, story-driven content with strong hooks and pacing.
- Edit videos for Meta Ads, including multiple hooks, angles, openings, CTAs, and variations for testing.
- Add captions, subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Create content that feels premium, modern, feminine, and aligned with Auli's brand identity.




- Work closely with the marketing, social media, and creative teams to understand content objectives.
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets.
- Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, editing styles, transitions, sounds, formats, and viral content patterns.
- Help develop recent video formats and creative concepts based on current trends.
- Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics, typography, colours, pacing, and storytelling.
- Deliver edits within tight deadlines, especially during campaigns and festive periods.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing, preferably with D2C, beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
- Excellent understanding of short-form content and Instagram Reels.
