The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the store, achieving sales and revenue targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, leading the store team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, sales, operational and problem-solving skills.

Store Operations
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, safety and overall presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and operational standards.

- Lead, motivate and supervise store employees.
- Prepare staff schedules and allocate responsibilities.
- Train employees on products, sales techniques and customer service.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.




- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters when required.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with warehouse, vendors and supply-chain teams.
- Minimise stock shortages, excess inventory and product losses.
- Ensure proper storage and display of products.
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues.
- Ensure employees follow appropriate customer-service standards.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve store performance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
