Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop innovative solutions for electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, including hardware design, software integration, and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop new products or services related to EV charging.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development decisions, ensuring alignment with industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop technical documentation, such as RFQs (Requests for Quotation), NPDS (Recent Product Development Documents), CCS (Certificate of Compliance Specifications).

Job Requirements :
- 3-16 years of experience in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HV systems, thermal management, material selection, and electromechanical principles.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like CAD software; knowledge of CCs (Certificate of Compliance) procedures preferred.
