Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Lead Management
- Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team handling enquiries from digital platforms, websites, social media, IndiaMART, Justdial, WhatsApp, exhibitions, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Define and implement standardized lead qualification, follow-up, CRM management, and lead allocation processes.
- Ensure timely customer engagement, lead nurturing, and smooth handover to Sales teams.
- Monitor lead conversion, response time, customer experience, and overall sales funnel performance.

Marketing & Brand Management
- Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and generate quality business enquiries.
- Lead branding initiatives including dealer branding, merchandising, POS materials, promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events, sponsorships, and influencer/channel partner engagement.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, printers, and vendors for marketing communication and promotional activities.
- Support creative development for brochures, posters,



branding materials, digital campaigns, and other marketing collateral.

Lead Generation & Digital Marketing
- Evaluate and optimize lead generation channels including websites, B2B portals, social media, Google campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with digital marketing agencies to improve campaign performance, lead quality, Cost per Lead (CPL), ROI, and ROAS.
- Recommend current technologies, automation tools, CRM enhancements, chatbot integration, and customer engagement solutions.

Performance Analytics & Business Insights
- Monitor marketing effectiveness, lead generation performance, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Develop MIS dashboards and provide actionable insights to improve marketing investments and business growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, customer behavior, and recommend improvement opportunities.
