Job Purpose: To support the Sales Team in achieving business targets by preparing competitive quotations, handling proposal activities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle RFQs, Tender Evaluation & Techno-Commercial Quotations
- Prepare competitive proposals as per client specifications
- Coordinate with Procurement, QC, SCM, Logistics & Sales teams
- Ensure timely order execution and customer support
- Manage contract review, documentation & proposal submissions
- Maintain solid client coordination for project requirements

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Proposal Engineering
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Piping or Steel Industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of piping materials, quotations & contracts
- Good communication, negotiation & analytical skills
