- Responsible for Hospital Out-patient/Inpatient operation administrative affairs and patient service. Monitor and control area Hospital & OP/IP Department Orientation, Job Training, and Continuous Education & supervises the activity of subordinates to assist in the execution of these responsibilities. Develop & implement measures in the area Hospital internal procedures related to patient inflow and outflow.
- Responsible for the administration, direction and coordination of Hospital OP/IP Operations assigned departmental activities for the purpose of attaining customer satisfaction and the objectives set forth by the Unit Head.
- Consult with and advice Department HODs on problem related to the operations of the assigned departments.
- Supervise immediate subordinates in their performance of assigned responsibilities, providing advice, assistance and guidance as necessary.
- Review operational reports and statistical data for OP/IP Operations on a continuing basis to help monitor assigned services operations.
