We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to provide exceptional service and support to our customers. If you are passionate about customer satisfaction and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective customers to promote products and generate sales.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and company information.
- Handle customer complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Coordinate and follow up with brands regarding customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback,



and issues.
- Support the team in improving customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage customer queries in a polite, confident, and productive manner.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
