ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Client Servicing who can support account managers in managing day-to-day client requirements and internal coordination.

This role is for someone who understands how a digital marketing agency works and can ensure that briefs, timelines, updates and deliverables move smoothly between clients and internal teams.

HOW YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
- Coordinating with Creative, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO and Social Media teams.
- Taking client inputs and converting them into clear internal briefs.
- Following up on creatives, content calendars, reports and campaign deliverables.
- Maintaining trackers, timelines, MOMs and daily status updates.
- Supporting account managers in client calls and meetings.
- Checking deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Ensuring internal teams have clarity on requirements and deadlines.
- Escalating delays, dependencies and gaps to the Account Manager on time.

WHAT YOU OWN
- Day-to-day coordination across internal teams.




- Timely follow-ups and task closures.
- Accuracy of briefs, trackers and documentation.
- MOMs and status updates.
- Support for client servicing managers on assigned accounts.
- Smooth movement of deliverables from brief to execution.

- Deliverables are tracked and followed up without repeated reminders.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience coordinating with Creative, Content, Social Media, SEO and Performance Marketing teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
