Role & responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day mall operations.
- Coordinate with tenants, brands, food outlets and service partners.
- Ensure smooth functioning of security, housekeeping, maintenance and facility services.
- Monitor customer experience, cleanliness, safety and overall mall standards.
- Manage vendors and ensure timely completion of operational activities.
- Coordinate with leasing and tenant teams for smooth business operations.
- Monitor mall footfall, revenue, events and promotional activities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and review MIS, operational reports and budgets.
- Lead and manage the mall operations team.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security and statutory requirements.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / Post Graduate preferred.
- 510 years of experience in Mall Management, Food Court Management, F&B; Operations, Restaurant Operations, Retail Operations or Hospitality.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales, operations, customer service and vendor management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational activities simultaneously.
- Candidates with experience in mall/food court operations will be preferred.
