Job Summary

PRAO is looking for a performance-driven Head of Digital Marketing to build and lead the brands digital growth engine. The mandate is explicit and measurable: scale the D2C business from 30 Crore to 100 Crore+ in the next two years.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for customer acquisition, performance marketing, conversion, retention and digital revenue growth, while building the team, systems and capabilities required to scale.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the digital marketing strategy, growth roadmap and online revenue targets for PRAOs D2C business.
- Lead performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Instagram and other relevant digital platforms.
- Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across prospecting, acquisition, retargeting, conversion and retention.
- Own key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, ROI, AOV, LTV, CVR and marketing-attributed revenue.
- Build and optimise the complete customer journey from awareness and consideration to purchase, retention and repeat purchase.




- Create a high-velocity creative testing framework across ad formats, audiences, messaging, offers and landing pages.
- Identify and scale additional growth channels including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and partnerships.
- Build and drive CRM and retention programmes across Email, WhatsApp, SMS and remarketing.
- Work closely with Creative, E-commerce and Product teams to improve CTR, conversion rates, merchandising and overall customer experience.
- Evaluate emerging platforms, technologies and consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Build robust dashboards, attribution models and reporting systems for fast, data-driven decision-making.
- Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate investments based on performance, ROI and growth potential.
- Build and lead the digital marketing team, processes and capabilities required to support rapid business growth.
