As a Patient Counselor / Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for patients and their families, providing them with accurate information, compassionate guidance, and support throughout their journey. You will also play an key role in promoting CancerMitr’s services and ensuring that patients receive the best possible experience and care solutions. 1. Position: Patient Counselor / Business Development Executive

2. Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

3. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients in a time-sensitive





environment.
- Engage with patients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and

provide appropriate healthcare guidance.
- Identify patient requirements, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth communication

experience.
- Promote and upsell relevant CancerMitr products, services, and packages where

applicable.
- Follow company-provided communication and sales scripts to maintain consistent

messaging.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with patients and clients.
- Manage, track, and update all patient interactions and details in the CRM system.
- Prepare and share regular reports on performance metrics and conversion outcomes.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient coordination and service delivery.

4. Qualifications/ Skills/ Knowledge:
- Minimum High School Graduate; Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Healthcare, or related
