Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify current business opportunities, generate leads, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the company’s B2B customer base and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through calls, references, field visits, online research, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Make regular calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Schedule customer meetings and conduct product presentations when required.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing.
- Negotiate with customers regarding pricing, quantity, delivery, and payment terms within company guidelines.




- Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions through the company CRM.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Dispatch, Accounts, and other departments for smooth order execution.
- Follow up on pending payments wherever required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, reporting procedures, and skilled standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
