Role Description
This is a full time, on-site individual contributor role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in India.



The Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective franchise partners, managing the sales pipeline, and conducting detailed franchise presentations and discussions. The role involves nurturing leads, coordinating site visits and business evaluations, and guiding potential franchisees through the decision and onboarding process. The Franchise Sales Manager will collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure new franchise partners are set up for success and aligned with brand standards. The position also includes market research, reporting on sales performance, and contributing to strategies that expand Laundry Legend’s franchise network across target regions.
