Data Research & Lead Generation Executive

New Pace Tech, newpacetech.com, is looking for a Data Research & Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience in data research, lead generation, prospect research, or B2B lead-list building.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching companies and decision-makers, building accurate and targeted prospect lists, finding contact information, and maintaining clean and organized lead databases. Exposure to international B2B sales and outreach will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities – Data Research & Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential companies and prospects based on specific target-market criteria.
- Build accurate and targeted B2B lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, Google, and other research tools.
- Collect and verify information such as company name, website, industry, location, employee size, contact name, job title, LinkedIn profile, email address, and other relevant data points.
- Perform data mining, data enrichment,



and lead verification to maintain high-quality prospect databases.
- Organize and maintain lead data in Google Sheets, Excel, CRM, or other databases.
- Regularly update and clean existing lead lists to ensure the information remains accurate and relevant.
- Assist with preparing prospect lists for email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

Secondary Responsibilities – Sales & Outreach
- Assist with email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns using prepared prospect lists.
- Support the team with initial prospect communication and follow-ups.
- Over time, depending on performance and interest, take on additional responsibilities related to international business development and sales.
