Job description:

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll processing and monitoring
- Detailed vendor invoice analysis and filing
- In-depth vendor statement reconciliation
- Development of vendor payment schedules with strategic credit management
- Coordination and finalization of month-end closing procedures
- Financial reporting and analysis

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience




- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, including:
- Income Statements
- Balance Sheets
- Assets and Liabilities
- Journal Entries
- Bank Reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable
- Experience posting loan payments with proper allocation between principal and interest
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, data organization, and financial reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to 100% accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to complete tasks efficiently
- Comfortable learning new software and adapting to evolving processes
