Job Profile: Priority Partner का मुख्य कार्य Life Insurance Advisors की recruitment करना, उनकी team बनाना, Advisors को activate करना और उनकी मदद से Life Insurance business generate करना होगा।

Key Responsibilities: Life Insurance Advisors (LA) की recruitment करना नए Advisors का onboarding और activation करना Advisors को training और business support देना Advisor team के माध्यम से business generate करना Active Advisors की team बनाना अच्छे performing Advisors को Eagle level तक develop करना Monthly और annual recruitment targets achieve करना Direct Team को manage और develop करना

Recruitment :



50+ Advisors per year लगभग 4–5 Advisors per month

Eligibility: Minimum 12th Pass अच्छी communication और networking skills Sales, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services या Direct Marketing experience preferred अच्छा local network रखने वाले candidates को preference Additional Incentives: Production Incentive Eagle Creation Incentive Distribution Development Incentive Performance-based Rewards & Recognition
