**Head of Recruitment — RVM Beyond Private Limited (Faridabad, On-site)** **About the Role** RVM Beyond runs India's largest company-owned industrial skilling network (RVM CAD), training 550+ candidates every month across mechanical design, CNC/VMC, automation, and civil verticals — with 15,000+ hiring companies in our network and 100+ live job openings daily. Your job: run the engine that places every trained candidate into industry. You will lead our recruitment/placement function end-to-end. **Responsibilities** - Own end-to-end recruitment delivery — from employer requirement to candidate joining — across 4 (soon 5) branches - Lead and manage a team of placement/recruitment executives across cities - Manage and grow relationships with hiring companies; convert daily inbound employer demand into closed positions - Run job portals, our in-house hiring platform, and candidate databases like a pro — sourcing, matching, tracking, closure - Own recruitment MIS:



placement records, time-to-place, employer feedback, repeat hiring - Drive interview readiness — screening, shortlisting, coordination, and closure discipline across the team **Requirements** - 8–10 years in recruitment/staffing — agency, RPO, or high-volume in-house — where hiring people or getting people hired has been your only job - Hands-on mastery of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, LinkedIn) and ATS/database management - Proven team management — you've run recruiters and owned their numbers - Strong employer-side relationship skills; comfortable with blue-collar to engineer-level mandates - Hindi fluent; Faridabad in office

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
