Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Leader to drive our solar business. This is a critical role focused on the complete sales lifecycle—from aggressive lead generation to high-value closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Drive end-to-end sales for solar projects targeting C&I; and institutional clients.
- Sales Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire funnel, including prospecting, initial meetings, site assessment coordination, proposal submission, and final negotiations.
- Techno-Commercial Solutions: Collaborate with internal engineering and design teams to create optimized, cost-effective solar solutions for clients.
- Revenue Growth: Take ownership of sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market share expansion in the region and beyond.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor,



and motivate the sales team to achieve collective organizational goals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on solar policies (net metering, open access), competitor pricing, and emerging industry trends.
- Future Scope: Actively support the strategic transition and expansion into large-scale ground-mounted solar projects.

Candidate Requirements

Note: This role requires MBA in Marketing and pure solar background. Candidates from non-solar industries will not be considered.
- Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of core experience in Solar sales/Business Development.
- Domain Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience specifically in project sales within the B2B/C&I; segment.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage long, complex sales cycles.
- Location: Must be based in Jaipur, Delhi, Ahmedabad or willing to relocate immediately.
