We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive

Brand Arc Theory is looking for a Marketing Executive who understands brands, people, and the market — and knows how to turn that understanding into opportunities.

You’ll work closely with our creative and strategy team across branding, advertising, digital marketing, campaigns, and client growth.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Connect with potential clients and build strong relationships
- Understand client businesses, markets, and marketing requirements
- Present our services, ideas, and proposals effectively
- Coordinate with creative and strategy teams on client requirements
- Support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities
- Keep an eye on market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities

What we’re looking for:




- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good understanding of marketing and branding
- Confidence in meeting and communicating with clients
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
- Ability to understand businesses beyond just selling a service
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, branding, or a creative agency is an advantage
