Role & responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the township project site.
- Monitor execution of civil works as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
- Coordinate and manage labour, contractors and subcontractors at site.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure work is completed as per required standards.
- Check site measurements and coordinate with the Civil Engineer and Surveyor.
- Supervise activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, masonry, plastering, roads, drainage and other civil works.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and project milestones.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Ensure proper safety practices and housekeeping at the construction site.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and project team for smooth site operations.

Preferred candidate profile




- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site supervision.
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Experience in residential, township or large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Good experience in labour management and contractor coordination.
- Ability to read and understand civil drawings and site layouts.
- Knowledge of construction materials, measurements and quality standards.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates currently based in Jaipur or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred.
- Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day site activities will be preferred.
