Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Field Supervisor to supervise housekeeping operations across client sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping staff, monitoring attendance and cleanliness standards, conducting regular site visits, and ensuring smooth coordination between employees, clients and management.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit and supervise housekeeping staff at multiple client sites.
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline of employees.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower as per site requirements.
- Allocate duties and ensure staff follow the assigned work schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of housekeeping work and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure proper cleaning, hygiene, sanitation and maintenance of assigned areas.




- Coordinate with clients regarding daily housekeeping requirements and complaints.
- Resolve staff and operational issues at the site level.
- Monitor availability and proper usage of cleaning materials, chemicals, tools and equipment.
- Check and maintain housekeeping consumable requirements.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff regarding cleaning procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct surprise visits and submit site inspection reports to management.
- Maintain attendance, inspection and manpower deployment records.
- Coordinate replacements in case of absenteeism or manpower shortage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Maintain good professional relationships with clients and employees.
- Report any operational issue, complaint or staff misconduct to management immediately.

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in housekeepi
