Position Summary:
Performs responsibilities as assigned on engagements and helps with any other duties necessary to complete a financial due diligence services engagement. Due diligence requires analysis of complex and often voluminous information and must result in explicit and concise reporting for the intended readers.

This opportunity provides an excellent platform for a qualified candidate to develop technical skills surrounding change of control events such as refinancing, acquisitions, mergers, etc. in service to our private equity and strategic clients. The Weaver transaction team has more than 30 years of combined deal experience in the Dallas transaction market (U.S.A.). We perform financial diligence projects for clients in locations throughout the U.S.A. and overseas. The transaction group possesses a proven client service model to include training and career development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Specific Tasks
- Tracks received documents against information request
- Building initial analysis from source documents
- Understand the level of quality and deliverable expectations for analyses (i.e., formatting, layout, accuracy, etc.)
- Manipulate multiple source data documents using Excel skills to efficiently and accurately build out analysis
- Prepare and track the initial and follow up documentation request lists
- Responsible for completing all analyses and ensuring all necessary schedules and exhibits presented exceed Weaver quality standards and are reconciled to source documents
- Assist in in preparing agendas and initial schedules to share with target
- Assist in identifying deal issues and other adjustments impacting the report
- Drafting certain portions of client deliverables
