Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) to measure employee performance against Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Conduct regular appraisals, provide feedback, and coach employees to improve their skills and productivity.
- Analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee engagement to identify areas for improvement in the organization's HR practices.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop job descriptions, roles, and responsibilities that align with business objectives.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Solid understanding of PMS, KRA, KPI monitoring, performance appraisal, and performance evaluation processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights from various sources.
