For SEO Specialist Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
- Conduct site audits and oversee technical improvements
- Build and maintain keyword frameworks across thousands of job and practice-area pages
- Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices into all new initiatives
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve rankings and visibility
- Monitor data through GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and other tools
- Manage or support link-building, on-page optimization, and schema implementation
- Analyze performance reports to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates and emerging SEO best practices

For SEO Specialist Preferred candidate profile
- Solid hands-on SEO experience with content-driven or large-scale websites
- Proficiency in keyword research, site audits, and technical optimization
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
- Basic understanding of HTML,



WordPress, and structured data
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity

For SEO Manager Role & responsibilities
- Proven record of leading successful SEO initiatives and measurable organic growth
- Experience managing teams or mentoring SEO professionals
- Expertise in technical SEO, structured data, and large-scale site optimization
- Strategic mindset with solid analytical and leadership skills
- Experience in job board, recruiting, or professional services domains is a plus

For SEO Manage Preferred candidate profile
