Data Scientist Job Description

Experience- 3-4 years
- Strong hands-on experience in GenAI and Agentic AI, including RAG,

LangGraph, LangChain, LLM orchestration, tool/function calling, multi-agent

workflows, prompt/context engineering, vector databases, and major LLM

APIs.
- Experience building production-grade agent/LLM harnesses, including state

management, tool execution, retries/fallbacks, guardrails, observability, and

model/provider abstraction.
- Strong experience with GenAI evaluation frameworks and evaluation

harnesses such as LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, Arize Phoenix, Promptfoo,

or equivalent, covering retrieval quality, groundedness, hallucinations, tool

usage, agent trajectories, latency, and cost.
- Strong foundation in AI/ML and predictive modeling, with hands-on

experience building, tuning, and evaluating regression, classification, and

clustering models, along with feature engineering, model selection,

validation, NLP,



embeddings, and transformer-based models, using

frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience, with strong software

engineering skills including APIs, asynchronous programming, testing, modular

design, Git, and frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Experience deploying and operating AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms,

Docker, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, and scalable production

architectures.
- Positive understanding of AI security and Responsible AI, including prompt

injection, data privacy, access controls, hallucination mitigation, secure tool

execution, and enterprise governance.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
