Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified to become part of central revenue team in our organization. This role requires incumbent to assists Hotel Revenue Manager by analyzing data, identifying trends and executing decisions on various platforms.

Key Activities

Data Analysis
- Analyze historical and current market data, including room rates, occupancy, and competitor pricing.
- Utilize revenue management tools and systems to gather and interpret data

Inventory Management
- Manage room inventory to ensure optimal utilization and maximize revenue.

Rate Management
- Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitor pricing and strategies to stay competitive in the market.

Market Trends
- Provide insights on market trends and changes that may impact the hotel's revenue.

Reporting
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators, revenue metrics, and actionable insights.

Collaboration




- Work closely with sales, marketing, and front office teams to align strategies and achieve overall business objectives.

Key Requirements
- Candidates with 1-3 years of proficient experience in data analysis and data interpretation.
- Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- Ability to identify trends, correlations, and insights from complex datasets.
- Familiarity with Revenue Management System (RMS), PMS, and other relevant tools.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
