Lead the design and development of SSIS packages for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Optimize and troubleshoot existing SSIS packages for performance and reliability.

Manage and mentor a team of SSIS developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.

Implement data quality checks and validation mechanisms.

Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Coordinate with DBA and infrastructure teams for deployment and maintenance.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in SSIS development and support .

4 + years of DataStage experience both in Support and Development

Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.

Experience with data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

Familiarity with other Microsoft BI tools (SSRS, SSAS) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Solid communication and leadership abilities.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
